Loop Pile – True to its name, consists of numerous small loops of yarn and was predominantly utilized in vehicles from the 1960s through the mid-1980s. This carpet is crafted from high-quality nylon yarn and tufted on a gauge tufting machine at a density of 500 grams per square meter.

Plush Pile – Utilizing a construction process akin to loop pile but with a significantly higher yarn density of 750 grams per square meter, plush pile (also known as cut pile) offers a more luxurious appearance and is commonly found in vehicles from the mid-1980s to the present day.

Super Plush Pile – Employing a construction process akin to plush pile but with a significantly higher yarn density of 950 grams per square meter, Super Plush pile presents a lush and luxuriously thick appearance. Initially featured in early 1970s models such as SLE Commodores, Ford LTD, and Statesmen.

Classic Loop Pile – Our most robust and durable carpet material, manufactured by us using a special nylon blend yarn, faithfully replicates the carpet used by car manufacturers during the 1960s to 1970s. Including models like HK-HG Holden, XT-XY Falcon, Valiant Charger, and more. It is offered in a wide range of original colors such as Black, Saddle (Ford), Chev + GMH Blue and others, making it suitable for all vehicle makes and models, past and present.
